Impact is an organizational development and training company based in Houston, Texas dedicated to the philosophy that humans are the greatest asset of any organization. Impact Staff
Michael Pope B.B.A., President
Michael has over 28 years of corporate management experience and sixteen years of leadership development, professional development, and ropes course programming experience. His specialty is teambuilding. He has conducted training programs with many fortune 500 companies, including international programs in Venezuela and Mexico. Michael is also a Certified Professional Coach working with all levels of supervisors and managers. Michael has also served five years on the Board of Directors for the Houston Chapter of the American Society of Training & Development including in the position of President in 2005.
Roger Gordon, Facilitator
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Sociology, Roger offers over 25 years of corporate management and training experience. His expertise is in organizational change, leadership development, and team facilitation. He has conducted international leadership and team programs throughout the Middle and Far East.
Brian Jones M.S., CPLP, Facilitator
Brian is a learning and performance professional with an extensive background in performing needs assessments, delivering high-impact training on a wide range of topics and providing personalized coaching and consulting to clients in Global and Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. Brian has 12 years experience as a Certified Ropes Course facilitator. Brian is also a Certified Career Management Professional. He is also certified as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance.
Joe Barber M.B.A., Facilitator
Joe offers over 18 years of corporate management experience and 16 years of consulting experience. His expertise is in strategy development and execution, leadership development, and continuous improvement.

NORTHWEST FOREST CONFERENCE CENTER Impact’s home programming location is the Northwest Forest Conference Center located on Telge Road in Cypress, Texas. This beautiful venue is conveniently located just 35 minutes from Downtown Houston and 20 minutes from Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport.
